Fashionista Cosmetics eyeshadows from Superdrug: Review
Fashionista is a new beauty range to the market and one I was a little unsure of. Sometimes it seems so many ‘budget brands’ get released that quality suffers, but I’m happy to say that’s not the case here. They do a bunch of different thinsg really well, from a clever gel liner that includes the brush in its lid, but its the great quality of their eyeshadows that really stand out.
Priced at £4 a shadow, and £5 for the red palette box from Superdrug they come in loads of shades, from luminous looking baked versions to Mono pigments in all types of colours. What I really like about these is how vibrant the colours are, as without using an eyeshadow base you get longlasting colour that doesn’t crease. They have a smooth silky texture when you apply and all colours- light or dark have a lovely glimmering finish.
From the swatches above you can see that the silver and purple are especially vibrant shades (called Lilac Dream and Silver Lining), and they really flatter the eye. I also love how each shadow comes in a case that it can be removed from and then slotted into the big Fashionista Custom palette. They’re easy to remove and press in (as are the blushers, but I haven’t tried them), and I like the big mirror- useful for travelling and it seems to resist dirt.
I’m really enamored with the Fashionista Cosmetic range, as the quality is so impressive. The packaging is a little plasticky, but the product more than makes up for that! They are currently doing a 4 for 3 promotion, so don’t miss out!

I love the FashionistA magnetic nail polishes!!
I have tried this as a cheaper alternative and have to say I was quite impressed by the overall quality of the product for the price
